🔒 Admin Lock for Notes & Shapes in Plan
You can now lock notes and shapes directly in your Plan view.
This allows for better control over non-task items like notes and shapes, especially when they’re used to convey important contextual information. Here’s how it works:
Use the context menu or press
Ctrl+Shift+Lto lock an element in the plan.Locked items stay in their lane and date but can still move vertically.
Admin Lock ensures only workspace owners or admins can reposition or modify these elements.
💡 This helps prevent accidental edits and keeps your plan consistent and reliable.
🗓️ Select All Tasks in a Week
Batch updates are now faster and more intuitive.
With a new “Select all tasks in this week” option in the floating timeline:
Easily grab all tasks in a selected week—ideal for large or busy plans.
The batch status update dialog now always shows all five status options.
Improved logic allows you to apply updates across multiple weeks in one flow.
Includes smarter handling of committed vs. unplanned tasks for greater control.
🔍 Magnifier Tool (Press Q)
Quickly inspect full details without opening the editor.
The new Magnifier lets you press Q and hover over elements to show magnified versions of elements.
Works with notes, shapes, tasks, milestones, and constraints
Full task data including descriptions, crews, dates, outcomes, and variance reasons
Works even in overview mode
💡This tool helps you scan and understand your board at a glance—especially useful when working with dense or compact views.
📤 Improved Export Options
We’ve cleaned up and streamlined the export process.
You’ll now find:
Export Plan (WWP PDF) directly in the main menu
Renamed options for better clarity: Export Plan (CSV), Export Workspace (XML), and Export All
Export All includes everything—perfect for Power BI flows or full backups
XML exports now also include workspace metadata like descriptions, types, and IDs
